OWNER SPOTLIGHT: Opening Mail Boxes Etc. on August 1, 1992, Cindy Ross
has completed her fifteenth year of service to the Oneida Community. After five
years in Glenwood Plaza, Cindy moved the store to the Ames Plaza which
offered larger quarters for less money. Her son, Brad, joined her there in 1995.
Shortly therafter, she defranchised from Mail Boxes Etc. and became The
Mail Drop. When the lease expired, she purchased land on Lenox Avenue
and Mail Drop and More was established in 2004 in its present location.
